General terms and conditions of business

The contract is concluded by your order and our written order confirmation and/or our delivery. The statutory warranty regulations apply. Place of performance and jurisdiction is Minheim in Germany.

Right of return

As a final consumer you can return the sent goods without giving reasons within two weeks by sending them back. The period begins at the earliest upon receipt of the goods. The timely dispatch of the goods is sufficient to comply with the time limit. The return shipment is at our expense and risk. Crystal precipitations (tartar) are natural and no reason for complaint.

Protection of minors

Our offers are directed exclusively at adults. We therefore do not sell alcoholic beverages to persons under 18 years of age. By ordering, you agree to this regulation and assure that you have already exceeded the minimum age of 18 years.

Delivery

Delivery is by mail in packages of six, twelve or eighteen bottles. We bear the transport risk (damage, breakage), provided that you notify us of the damage immediately upon acceptance by the deliverer and have it confirmed by him.

Payment

For new customers, payment is made by cash in advance. In this case the delivery will be made within two days after receipt of payment. For regular customers the invoice amount is due 14 days after receipt of invoice. The goods remain our property until full payment is received.

Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to revoke your purchase contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The revocation period starts from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or have taken possession of the goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the sample revocation form for this purpose. The revocation must be addressed to:

In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient to send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the end of the revocation period.

Consequences of the revocation

If you revoke this Agreement, we will refund to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for additional charges resulting from your choosing a different method of delivery from the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date we receive notice of your revocation of this Agreement. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this refund. We may refuse to make a refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any event within fourteen days at the latest from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this agreement. This period shall be deemed to have been observed if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You shall only be liable for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing the condition, properties and functionality of the goods.
